Do you accept returns/exchanges?
* Due to Covid-19 we are currently not accepting returns/exchanges.
What if i receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect?
* We will fix the problem as quickly as possible if it is a mistake on our behalf.
How long does it take to receive my order?
* Orders will be processed daily. But shipments will go out on Mondays and Thursdays. You should allow 7-10 business days excluding weekends and holidays for your order to arrive.
How can I make sure I'm ordering the correct size?
* When selecting an item please be careful when choosing a size. Most sizes have recommendations in parentheses based on the vendor used for that product. Please order a size up if you are worried about sizing. Also feel free to contact us before placing an order if you are still unsure of sizing, we will help as much as we can to make sure you order the correct size.
Can I cancel/edit my order?
* Yes, you may cancel or edit your order within the first 24-48 hours of placing your order unless your order has been shipped. If your order has shipped you may not cancel or edit your order.
